List of CHAMP Providers

Official List of CHAMP-Trained Providers (view alphabetical list by County)

This is a list of medical professionals who have successfully completed CHAMP training, which includes both coursework and a mentorship. It is possible that a professional on this list no longer does child sexual abuse evaluations in New York State.
